My room had an incredibly comfy bed, a fridge, coffee/tea makers, and a nice writing desk. It was D: perfect for a relax stay!

Location: the hotel was very close to the train station in La Spezia, and bars and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and exceptionally nice, complete with kettle, complimentary breakfast and snacks, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was clean, tastefully decorated, and even better than the pictures. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station, and the staff, especially Marina, were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with the addition of some plates for easier enjoyment of food.

The triple room we got was totally redone and had a cozy feel to it. We had all the essentials, like central heating, a TV, and a fridge right there. It felt like a home away from home. 🏡

The location of the property was perfect for exploring the area, with it being just a short walk from the train station and downtown La Spezia. The room itself was clean and beautifully renovated, exceeding our expectations. We appreciated the attention to detail, like the tea making facilities and extra chairs in the room. Although breakfast was not provided, the complimentary snacks and beverages in our room were a lovely touch. Despite a small inconvenience with the limited warm water supply in the bathroom, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Gemma Delle 5 Terre. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional customer service, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations.
